purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the accommodation services provided by Brume Surf House for stays booked for specific dates.
booking
A reservation becomes final once full payment for the stay has been received.
A confirmation email will then be sent to the guest.
no right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided for specific dates.
prices
All prices are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes.
The tourist tax applicable in Messanges is added in accordance with current regulations and must be paid on site in cash.
cancellation policy
As each stay at Brume is prepared with care, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Free cancellation up to 2 months before the arrival date.

For cancellations made between 2 months and 1 month before arrival, 70% of the stay will be refunded.

For cancellations made less than 1 month before arrival, 50% of the stay will be refunded.

For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay remains due and no refund will be issued.
Of course, we remain available for any questions and will always do our best to assist in case of exceptional circumstances.
Arrivée et départ
Check-in : from 3:00pm
Check-out : before 11:00am
LIABILITY
Guests are responsible for any damage, deterioration or loss caused within the property during their stay.
In the event of damage or disappearance of items, the corresponding amount may be charged to the guest.
disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable solution before any legal action is taken.
